Eye primer adalah krem yang dioleskan di kelopak mata sebelum eyeshadow yang berfungsi sebagai persiapan agar warna eyeshadow lebih keluar. Dengan kata lain agar tahan lama dan tidak kusut atau keriput ^^. Oleskan dengan jari secara lembut pada kelopak mata atas maupun bawah mata. Tunggu 1 atau 1 setengah menit sebelum mengaplikasikan eyeshadow. Hati2 jangan sampai terkena bulu mata karena eye primer ini cepat kering sehingga menimbulkan bercak putih.
